Workshop Abstract
The workshop begins with an overview of the DAD framework. Scott will then lead participants through a brainstorming exercise where they will identify topics that they would like to see covered throughout the rest of the day. The topics will be categorized, prioritized, and then addressed in priority order in an agile manner. Workshop Delivery
Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) is an IT process decision framework designed to deliver sophisticated solutions in an agile business. DAD shows how agile practices from methods such as Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Lean software development, Unified Process, Agile Modeling and many more can be combined to address the aspects necessary for success in business contexts with multiple projects.
